Viewing the Payments work area
You will review the components of the Payments work area.
Step 1
Select Right arrow.
You may have to select Right arrow multiple times in order for to select the Payables tab.

Step 2
Select Payables.

Step 3
Select Payments.

Step 4
Select Recently Completed (0).
You can use the Requiring attention tab to review payment requests that require your attention.

Step 5
Select Recently Terminated.
You can use the Recently Completed tab list to review completed requests. You can review the completion date, the number of recorded payments, and the payment date.

Step 6
Select Tasks.
You can use the Recently Terminated tab to review a list of terminated requests, including termination date, status, and payment date of the request.

Step 7
Select Submit Payment Process Request.
You can use the Task menu to access the different options for handling payments as well as other tools in Payments.

Step 8
Select Payment and Processing Options.

Step 9
Select Cancel.
Payment process requests must consist of at least one payable document and can also contain instructions for payment processing. You can use the Payment and Processing Options tab to identify payment attributes, processing options, and validation rules for a payment process request.

Select Yes.

Step 11
View Payment Files Requiring Attention.
You can use the Payment Files Requiring Attention pane to review a list of payments requiring attention.

Step 12
View Stop Payment Requests.
You can use the Stop Payment Requests pane to review recorded dates that stop payment orders were placed or released.

Step 13
View Supplier Sites on Payment Hold.
You can use the Supplier Sites on Payment Hold pane to review supplier sites that currently have holds applied against them. You can apply holds to a supplier using another section of the application, the Edit Site Page.

Step 14
Expand the Schedule Requests pane.

Step 15
Select Tasks.
You can use the Scheduled Requests pane of the Payments work area to monitor processes. This page will allow you to review the status of the process you have submitted.

Step 16
Select Create Payment.

Step 17
Select Cancel.
You can use the Create Payment page to credit a payment to your suppliers.

Step 18
Select Yes.

Step 19
Select Home.
